Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. Announces Change in Corporate Ownership
ALEXANDRIA, Virginia (January 29, 2021):
Pro-Sphere Tek Inc. (ProSphere) is pleased to announce that former CEO, Mr. Rodger Blevins, accepted a buyout of his company shares on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Mr. Blevins served as the company CEO until August 2019. Mr. Joel Rhoades, Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, remains the majority shareholder.
Mr. Rhoades (Executive Chairman), Mr. Mike Sumrall (Chief Executive Officer), and the Senior Executive leadership will continue to implement the strategic vision of the company's long-term direction and support management to align business activities to the organizational directives.
Despite the challenges presented by the global pandemic, ProSphere experienced significant growth in 2020. The company also received recognition and awards from industry and community partners. For the second year in a row, ProSphere was a Department of Labor “HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award” recipient, for the recruitment, hiring, and retention of America's Veterans.
