ProSphere Automates VA CPAC Process

ProSphere was awarded a new task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract for the VA Financial Services Center (FSC), Financial Services Office to implement, configure and test the capability to support the Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) remote scanning of documents and transmitting them electronically. Specific services under this contract include analysis, configuration, testing, security integration, training, go live support, and documentation. The purpose of the task order is to allow the CPAC to scan the business documents at their facilities and electronically transmit them to the VA-FSCs where they will be uploaded for viewing.

The CPAC is a congressionally mandated program that is responsible for consolidated billing and collections activities for the Veterans Health Administration via seven regional centers. The mission of the VA- FSC Financial Operation Service is to provide benefits and services to Veterans of the United States.
