ProSphere Awarded Website Development Contract for NCOS

Alexandria, VA, December 21, 2017: ProSphere was awarded a new task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) for development, hosting, and maintenance support for the new National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service (NCOS) public website.

“We look forward to providing an interactive website that meets the needs of NCOS to increase participation by Americans in military, national and public service,” Sean Lenehan, Vice President of VA IT Services.

NCOS was established as an independent commission in the executive branch by the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act to conduct a review of the military selective service process and consider methods to increase participation in military, national, and public service in order to address national security and other public service needs of the Nation. The Commission has 11 Commissioners: Three appointed by the President of the United States; one each by the Senate Majority and Minority Leaders; one each by the Speaker of the House and the Minority Leader of the House; one each by the Chairman and ranking minority member of the SASC; one each by the Chairman and ranking minority member of the HASC.
