ProSphere to Support CRM Platform Development Contract (Sub)
ProSphere will support the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform Development and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract. ProSphere will provide development and customization services using VA’s Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM software application to accomplish the tasks and associated deliverables. This software will be used to support/customize/develop CRM applications across VA enterprise. ProSphere will deliver project management services; software development, application integration, enterprise service development and enhancement, and operations and maintenance support services, to include phase-in transition support for CRM projects.
