ProSphere Wins VA T4 Task Order for JCCQAS System Analysis and Database Support

Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc. (ProSphere) won the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) task order for Joint Centralized Credentials & Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS) System Analysis and Database Support.

Currently, the VA and the Department of Defense (DoD) utilize separate and distinct software packages when credentialing health care providers. ProSphere will gather, analyze and elaborate on the business, technical, and functional requirements necessary to successfully map and merge the VA and DoD credentialing software systems into a joint platform known as JCCQAS.

This robust database will contain historical and future information for more than 200,000 VA health care providers and more than 140,000 DoD health care providers. Individual records for each healthcare provider contain hundreds of fields and images that must be maintained in accordance with VA Record Control Schedules, policy, and regulations.
