Robert Phoebus joins ProSphere’s Executive Leadership Team as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), a new role established to achieve the company’s five-year strategic growth initiatives. In this position, he will drive business growth through our Health IT, VA, DoD, and Civilian business units and our diversification into new Federal markets. “With his over 30 years’ experience, I am excited to have Bob continue our success progressing from a small business to a competitive mid-tier IT services and engineering company,” said Rodger Blevins, President/CEO. “He has a record of developing winning strategies that have led to more than $5 billion in contract awards so we are ready to expand our business and look forward to his contribution.”
Bob has served in various executive and senior management positions in both private and public companies, notably STG, Nortel Government Solutions, SAIC, and EDS. Prior to his position with EDS, Bob came to private enterprise following a 10-year military career in the U.S. Marine Corps.
