As Director of DoD Operations, Tom manages a portfolio of government IT and Military Intelligence programs as well as the acquisition and deployment of program/project resources. In this role, Tom also identifies and pursues opportunities for business growth.

During his 30-plus year career in the U.S. Army, Tom served at all levels of command during peace time and in combat. He led DoD’s finest IT professionals as the Chief Operations Officer for the Army IT command that supported Army/DoD operations in the Middle East and Southwest Asia. He also served as the Chief Information Officer for a military sustainment command, where he was responsible for integrating IT operations, network management, and cyber security in support of logistics operations supporting 79,000 plus customers that were geographically dispersed throughout the Middle East and Southwest Asia.

Tom holds a Master of Arts in Telecommunications Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Augusta University. In addition to completing Senior Executive Education in Army, Joint, Interagency and Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, he also completed a Corporate Fellowship at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
