ProSphere Awarded Comprehensive VACO Campus Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Support

ProSphere was awarded a new contract valued at $6.8 million under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract vehicle for the Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Information Technology Operations and Services (ITOPS), End User Operations (EUO) at Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) for Tier 1 & Tier 2 Unified Communications (UC) and Network Help Desk IT Support. Specific services include support for the VACO ITSS UC and Network ServiceNow IT Help Desk Queue including UC support for Tier 1 voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telephone Service Now Help Desk Support; Tier 1 & 2 Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC), and Digital Audio Recording System (DARS) ServiceNow Help Desk Support. ProSpherewill also provide Tier 1 & 2 Wireless and Wired Network Service Now Help Desk Support.

“ProSphere has been providing desktop and laptop support and other services to VACO Campus for several years now,” said Brandon Utt, Director of Account Management. “This award demonstrates VA’s confidence in expanding ProSphere’s responsibilities that include providing critical unified connection needs of VA’s National Campus Region.”

ProSphere will provide technical and operational end user support for more than 10,000 customers within the VACO Campus’ 26 buildings located throughout the National Campus Region (NCR). The NCR Campus is centered in Washington, D.C. with facilities that stretch across West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. A 10 percent annual growth in the customer base is expected over the life of this task order.
