ProSphere awarded VA Community Care (CC) Provider Payment Infrastructure Support Contract
ProSphere was awarded a new task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract for the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) for the Enterprise Program Management Office. ProSphere will provide infrastructure support of Community Care (CC) Provider Payments to include Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The infrastructure support will include configuration management, server system administration, database system administration, release management, data de-identification, and quality assurance. This task order include projects that are currently managed under the Veteran-Focused-Integrated Process (VIP); a Lean-Agile framework that services the interest of Veterans through the efficient streamlining of activities that occur within the enterprise.

Community Care is a program and support office within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) that manages “front-end” elements of interaction with VA’s Health Care System. It provides oversight, review and direct service for health care eligibility and enrollment, benefits and crisis support for Veterans and beneficiaries as well as payment of claims to Community providers.
