Bringing the skills Veterans have to offer into our workforce creates a robust team environment where we are not only working on Veterans' projects, but also delivering them through people who have direct experience with them. One of the most important things to ProSphere is mentoring and giving back to Veterans who are entering the traditional workforce. We have been able to share our insights on owning and growing a business with the fellows of the Dog Tag Inc. Foundation through their Georgetown University Fellowship Program.

Top 10 Military Friendly employer

ProSphere has been named #4 on the 2019 Top 10 Military Friendly Employer List. The ranking is based on a comprehensive survey of over 100 questions that assess each company’s long term commitment to hiring those with prior military service, recruiting and hiring efforts and results, policies for Reserve and Guard members called to active duty, and the presence of special military recruitment programs. ProSphere’s culture is one that serving Veterans is inherent: we are an SDVOSB, we support the Department of Veterans Affairs, and 20% of our workforce are Veterans.

Fisher House

Every year, we share the opportunity to give back to our Veterans and their families by engaging our employees in a giving campaign for Fisher House. Fisher House provides military families with housing close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease, or injury.
