Commitment to Hiring Veterans
As a member of the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program, ProSphere is committed to hiring and retaining Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. We are proud that approximately 20% of our employees have served in the military.

Resources for Employees
ProSphere ensures that employees have easy access to information that is valuable to members of the Veteran community. A key resource is our Veteran Employee Resource Group, an internal community that provides mentorship and resources to Veterans who are transitioning into the civilian workforce. The group—which is open to both Veteran and non-Veteran employees—is dedicated to supporting transitioning Veterans, increasing employee retention, and fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.

Additional resources include a dedicated Veteran Employee Resources page, which contains links to VA benefits, training opportunities, and Veteran-specific hotlines. We also include a section in the monthly corporate newsletter that highlights Veteran-focused topics and trends.

Support for Veteran-owned Businesses
ProSphere takes pride in providing strategic guidance and mentorship to other SDVOSB and Veteran-owned companies. We collaborate with these partners to provide the best value to our clients and produce outcomes that are mutually beneficial to both businesses.

In 2019, ProSphere established a partnership with Joint Strategic Technologies, a service-disabled Veteran-owned, SBA 8a, woman-owned small business. This joint venture (known as JSTP) combines the strength of both partners to provide IT, cybersecurity, health, and program management services to federal government clients.

Support for Veteran Service Organizations
ProSphere partners with organizations that empower Veterans and members of the military community, including Dog Tag Inc., Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Fisher House. We also support the US Chamber of Commerce's Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship, which provides transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce.
