ProSphere was awarded the $11.6M VACO IT Tier II Desktop Support Services re-compete task order under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) for the Office of Information & Technology (OIT) Veteran Affairs Central Office (VACO) Information Technology (IT) Support Service. ProSphere will continue to provide a full range of IT services that support the VACO Help Desk/Desktop, which serves both on-site and remote VA customers.

The scope of work provides desk side technical, remote technical, and operational user support. Desk side service support includes both Windows and Apple operating systems for an estimated 12,444 devices for 14,000 customers located throughout 31 sites within the National Capital Region (NCR) and remote locations. ProSphere will also provide the necessary Tier II IT services for the overall availability and functionality of the VA work environment.
